Our Story
Mensbaldiet emerged from a simple observation: men in Indonesia were searching for practical, science-backed guidance on protein nutrition and strength training, but finding scattered, unreliable information. Our founding team recognized a gap between the growing interest in fitness and the lack of trustworthy educational resources tailored to men's health goals.
We began by interviewing dozens of men across Jakarta, Surabaya, and Bandung about their nutrition challenges. The most common frustrations were confusion about protein requirements, misconceptions about diet myths, and difficulty translating nutrition science into daily meal planning. From those conversations, Mensbaldiet was born as an editorial platform dedicated to evidence-based nutrition content.
